Moonshine is a fusion historical drama that adds dramatic imagination to the background of the Prohibition Rule of the Joseon Dynasty. In the era of the most powerful prohibition in history, it depicts the romance of the principled inspector who cracks down on moonshiners and the chase romance of a moonshiner woman who tries to change her life by brewing alcohol.
Kang Mi-na was asked about alcohol consumption and said, “I don’t hate alcohol. I like it,” and “I eat a little.”
Lee Hye-ri said, “Before filming, I had a quick drink at a dinner party. I couldn’t drink at that time. From the standpoint of observing with my wisdom tooth removed, Byun Woo-seok seemed the most drunk.”
She continued, “It was a pity that I didn’t have a chance to drink because it was a state of affairs. I think I drink better than actor Byun Woo-seok.”
Yoo Seung-ho said, “It depends on the physical condition that day, but I drank up to three bottles of soju the most.
“The hangover is not severe, and I sleep a lot,” he said.
The couple poster shows the exhilarating chemistry between Nam-young (Yoo Seung-Ho), the inspector of the private law department, who wants to forbid, and the moonshine, who wants to break the taboo. Nam-young is wearing a neat jade-colored hanbok, rolling her eyes and making an absurd expression. By his side, Kang Ro-Seo (Hyeri) is not shaken by Namyoung’s agitation, but has a confident and brazen expression on her face, making curious about the story they will show.
- Moonshine will replace The King’s Affection.
